Combining DMT w/ an irreversible MAOI

Purely theoretical question. Would the combination of DMT + Irreversible MAOI produce an one-two weeks trip? Or does the body have defence mechanisms against such things?

Nah, you'd end up pissing out the DMT even if you (theoretically) totally inhibited any metabolic breakdown
