Color change using EZ-Test - test PMA vs MDMA

I can't remember if using the ez-test tester if there is a way to determine between PMA and MDMA? Any indication on how long it turns to black or anything? I just bought some candy canes and it turned purple in about 1-3 seconds, then slowly turned black, after oh say 10 seconds or so.......any ideas?

Its really easy actually...
MDMA turns purple to dark purple (looks like black)
PMA doesn't change colour.
The only kit discussed in this forum to detect PMA is the Chemical Generation E2 kit.
On that kit, MDMA turns Purple-black, and PMA will go from green to red to brown.
Very obvious difference there too.

Cool, maybe I was thinking of MDA. Is there a way to distinguish the difference using EZ-TEST for MDMA vs MDA???

The easiest way to tell the difference in your case is to head over to Dance Safe and check all the reports they already have on the various forms of this pill. I believe all of the round ones have been MDMA.

Well if you meant MDA, then E2 can tell the difference, but EZ-Test (and any marquis reagent) is a little more difficult. A trained eye should be able to see it, but marquis reagent was never intended for that type of distinction.
