has anybody ever gotten that "head rush" feeling from just standing up alone, without having smoked?
i have passed out NUMEROUS times after smoking. Granted, these instances were during the times where i was smoking MJ heavily and daily.
If you're not eating as much as you should that would DEFINATLY cause a decrease in you blood-sugar levels. MJ increases your metabolism, which in-turn, works on your blood-sugar levels on it's own. Then you have to account for the lack of food in your system. Also, i've found that the environment that you smoke it (outside on a blistering hot day?) or the amount of rest that you have had (been up the entire night before, partying way hard?) also increased my chances of passing out from smoking.
If there is such a thing, i consider myself a pretty experienced smoker. Now that you know that there is potential for passing out, you really have to be conscience of why that may be (apparently, seeing the different replies you've got there are many reasons). You just have to be smart, make sure you eat, make sure you're hydrated, and make sure you listen to your body when it starts to say "slow down, enough is enough"
