Hi. I first started IV use a few months ago however i stopped and restarted it without fully learning the technique, about 2 weeks ago i partially missed 2 shots in both the crooks of my arms and i was digging around in there like an idiot. Now both veins are partially indented. Does this mean they are collapsed and, if they are will they heal? thanks!

Thanks guys, just a worrying update, there is on and off pain on the veins at various times and locations. seems like there may be a clot? or something sinister. Any help/advice would be appreciated
