Hope this is in the right section, if not feel free to move!

I've been clean from IV drugs for about 6 months now, before having collapsed the vein on my right bicep, the cephalic vein. I never noticed any physical ailments from this until recently after beginning a work out regime.

Now when I rest my arm certain way, my elbow to my pinky with get tingly and go numb.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Do you think continuing working out my arms will help it or make it worse?

sounds like you're getting a pinched ulnar nerve. i doubt its from collapsing your vein though, i have ulnar nerve problems as well that i got from lifting more weight than i should have been lifting. you should go see your doctor about it and they might want to do a nerve conduction test. you shouldnt need to talk about your IV use or collapsed vein as its probably not related. (i ended up needing to have ulnar decompression surgery and still have problems with that arm, so ease up on your arm strength workouts until you talk to your dr about it)
