Cold Water Extraction

Hi

I know this has probs been covered a million times on here but i need some help.

Every time I do a CWE the water i end up with is very cloudy and looks likes milk should the water be clear or is this milky water the stuff i should drink, i ask because the things i read all say the water should be clear. i follow the instructions so im not sure what im doin wrong.


any advise?

What do you use as a filter?
Are you using ice cold water?
What pills are you extracting?

Some cloudiness is fine but as far as I know the solution shouldn't be white like milk.

it'll be a lil cloudy but it should not look white.
I'll give you a breif low down on how to do a CWE.

1.) get two round glasses, a hair tie, a coffee filter& whatever drug you want to cwe (hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc.)
2.) crush all your pills to fine powder that your going to mix with the ice cold water
3.) Take one of the glasses and fill it with less then half the cup of cold water.( less water means the less taste you have to deal with)
4.) put the cold water in the freezer for 5-10 mins and don't let the water freeze
5.) take it out and dump all the fine powder you crushed up into that ice cold water and mix with a spoon for about 5 min, or untill the water has no more rockey looking powder anymore
6.) take your other glass and put the cofee filter on top, but secure the edges with the hair tie to the point where the center of the coffee filter is inside the cup( when you do this slowly and carefully push the center of the filter while you pull the sides up from out of the hiar tie but not completely; just to the point where you can put you puddle of drug inside it)
7.) mix up the liquid again then dump the fluid into the filter ditch and let it drip.
8.) to speed it up i take the hairtie off and slowly sqeeze the filter, but if you decide to do this make sure the water doesn't erupt from the top or it will look milky and cloudy.

I usually end up with something that's a little cloudy, never completely clear and most of the time I just use a single layer of t shirt. The end result shouldn't be very cloudy or look like milk.

It should be pretty clear but its never been comepletely clear for me a little cloudiness is fine you've still gotten rid of most of whatever it is your trying to get out.
