Opioids Cold Water Extraction or not?

I have 5 10/325 yellow norcos that I'm planning to take soon. Should I perform a cwe on these pills or just eat them whole? I don't want to hurt my liver but I also don't want to lose any hydro in the extraction process.

A single dose of 1,625mg Acetaminophen/Paracetamol is nothing to worry about. Adult males can safely take 1,500mg in a single dose for analgesic relief.

Just swallow them all. You're only going to lose some of the Hydrocodone if you bother with a CWE.

Umm, no, don't listen to this guy, no idea what he's talking about, Rybee is one of the most educated posters on Bluelight, and even if he wasn't that wouldn't change the fact that 1625mg of acetaminophen is a perfectly fine single dosage.

You'll be absolutely fine taking 5 of the norcos without performing a CWE. I do it regularly with no complications.

Will extracting such a small amount APAP work as good as extracting a larger amount?

Grind them up, add to a little water, chug back.

No point cwe 5 Norcos unless you dose more then twice per day.
