Benzos cold turkey from 3 week habit?

So i was taking 4-5mgs of clonzepam per day. After that i switched to 3-4mgs of ativan per day. I hear that ativan is about half as potent.

I know ill feel uncomfortable but do i run a massive risk of seizures if i just stop? i know there is always a risk but im talking like an actually risk. Also one time i cold turkeyd 4mgs of clonazepam per day after 2 years of use and didnt seize.

3 weeks is about the threshold for when withdrawals start. Although the risks aren't as great as if it were a 3 month, or 3 year habit, I'd suggest you taper down instead of going cold turkey, if only for your personal comfort than anything else.
