so without thinking of interactions between DXM and MDMA i just took some Cold relief pills. Each cap contains 10mg of DXM so i took 20mg of DXM. I took less than a point last friday 9/28 around 70mg. Did i just give myself SS or am i just being paranoid? (i get like that often)

You'll be fine. I rolled last week (did more than you even; 120mg), and I took a DXM containing cough capsule over the weekend. I didn't suffer any negative effects from it, so my guess is that you're most likely just being paranoid.

While I agree that the OP is probably fine you shouldn't say that since you didn't experience negative effects from something that they won't. Everybody is different so we all react to drugs in our own ways. It's better to provide more scientific information to back your answer instead of just saying they will be fine because you were.
It's better to say something like "considering the half-life of MDMA is up to 10 hours and the OP took 70mg of it, the drug was eliminated from their body in 3 days [70mg -> 35mg in 10 hours, -> 17.5 in 20 hours -> 8.75 in 30 hours -> 4.37 in 40 hours -> 2.18 in 50 hours -> 1.09 in 60 hours -> 0.54 in 70 hours....] so considering it has been 4 days since they took the MDMA they should be fine."
To the OP, I think that you would have noticed if the DXM taken 4 days after MDMA somehow caused Serotonin Syndrome, so if you aren't experiencing any of the effects of it then you should just take this as a lesson to be more careful when taking drugs.

DXM with MDMA was an unusual experience they used to be in the oldskool Versace pills back in the early 2000s.

DXM and MDMA can lead to Serotonin Syndrome, and has been the cause of death for quite a few people. The OP is probably fine, but if you took MDMA and DXM at the same time, you won't be.
I'm sure those pills contained another adulterant other than DXM if it also contained MDMA, or you might not be here today.
This is a harm reduction forum. How does recommending a dangerous combination contribute to the mission of this site? Even if those pills were a mix of DXM and MDMA and some people liked the effects, the risks far outweigh the benefits. You can't recommend a more dangerous way to consume drugs on this forum, only safer ways to do so.

Having experienced MDMA (approx 150mg +) and then 9 days later, 800mg DXM (first time stupid i know) i was cross eyed all week, woke up with blurry vision in the middle of the night swimming in my own puddle of sweat and feeling very anxious and fucked up, and the first night i felt like my brain had melted and i was just laying there dieing (it eased as the sun come up strangely enough) with weird head pressure and just feeling like on deaths door.
DXM and MDMA should not be any where near each other lol , although i understand those are both high doses and are just merely actions of stupidity in my uneducated past.

My anxiety and paranoia is far from drug caused if thats what you're wondering. I'm only paranoid sober, i overanalyze everything. one of those intelligent slightly neurotic types

The thing is (maybe the same case scenario for yourself) its only when you use anti-anxiety drugs and come back to the 'real world' do you realise you have this anxiety.
I didn't realise i had it for years.

Fuuuuuuuuck.
About a month I took a key of DXM and a pill on a night out of heavy drinking.
Got back to a friends house with a few lads and starting doing keys of 'Rhino Ket.' - (Not sure what the difference is between Ket & Rhino Ket. Anyone know?)
Didn't sleep that night, went out again (drinking... I'm Irish, don't judge me!) the next day to a house party and did about 200-250mg of Mephedrone.
Needless to say, it was the single most rotten weekend of my life... didn't realize the insanely dangerous combination I had ingested.
Negative effects were off after about 3 days, and I don't think any serious permanent damage has been done.
I'll make sure to be more careful in future.

I've heard it's a slight variant of Ket. Not sure though.
I'm staying off all drugs for a solid month, except alcohol (Drink like once a week) and weed (smoke a couple times a week) and I've never had a problem with either. Halloween should be a mad one, and Maya Jane Coles is performing live in November. After that, I'll be taking a long break and just sorting myself out.

Also, I've noticed my pupils are almost always dilated (like I'm rolling absolute balllz 90% of the time) since that weekend.
So much so, my Mum asked me one morning before college if I was on drugs.
Regularly when I'm out with friends they'll ask me if I'm on something.
Makes me a little uncomfortable when I think random people are looking at me as some drugged-out freak.
Should I be worried?
