Cold Fart?

So, I was chillin in my basement today, and I farted.

But this fart was cold. Not like ice cream or an ice cube, but like a cold gust of wind came out of my anus. I had never had a cold fart before in my life, and I'm not sure what could have caused it. I'm thinking it may be due to dehydration, but I'm not sure. Any help on this?
 
rofl no matter how funny this thread is, i cant imagine how a cold fart can come out of a 98.6 degree body of heat... unless your room was just like 120degreesF and it was cool in comparison
 
believe it or not over the few days bl was down i thought about this post, and sadly i have not come up with any sort of conclusion on the topic.

i thought about lots of things, possibly somethiing you ate, had you taken a cold shower lately?

i dunno, im going to continue to put thought into it because it perplexes me
 
Just an odd sensory perception. A cold fart is a literal impossibility. Your body is 98 degrees, so your farts are 98 degrees. Think of it like getting one of those "cold sweats" or something like that. Or perhaps your bumhole was moist so the air blowing over it felt cool? Haha, that's a great sentence! :D
 
ahhhhhahaha lol

i have experienced this as well. it's usually one of those gassy kind of farts that sounds more like your pumping up your tires at the gas station than farting. you would swear that they are cold!

I coulda sworn it was freezing!

What if it was like, a 80 degree fart? I'm sure an 80 degree fart would feel cold.

And as for the diet question, I had had very little fluid intake fo the 4-5 days before it.
 
if the surrounding air was warmer than your body temp, then the fart would feel comparatively cold.

were you under the influence of anything that might alter your perceptions?
