I can't give you a legitimate scientific source at the moment. And I might be saying "What?" quite frequently in about ten years, but as cracked as you might feel the day after a coke binge, it really doesn't compare to the "what the fuck did we do during the hours of 3am and 8am last night/this morning" that a benzo will have you feeling.
In my opinion coke is a thinking person's drug. It was used by some of the greatest psychological minds in our worlds history. It seems to have little effect on short term memory. But you have to realize when you do coke your doing damage to nerve sensors in your brain, so long-term memory loss is a real possibility in most hard-core users.
