help suspect my husband of doing coke .. alays has a stuffy nose and red eyes? i ask about it but he says hes tied al the time or its because he welded all day (hes a welder) always blows his nose . I NEED HELP! PLEASE

Taking a stab at your question-- if he's welding and has any issues with his breathing apparatus in any way, tie into him for not wearing a proper ventilator. Welding without proper breathing protection will fuck your lungs over faster than anything else. COPD/emphysema is a really terrible, drawn-out way to die.
Realistically though, do you have any other reason to suspect him? Has he done lots of coke in the past? Is money suddenly disappearing? Many people have constantly runny noses this time of year; I'm one of them, and I haven't put anything up my nose for years. To be honest, stuffy nose and red eyes sounds a lot more like allergies to me.
