I have only done coke maybe 6 or 8 times in my life. I did a bunch (like 4 big lines) last Sunday night while I was a drunken idiot. Anyway, I have felt really OFF ever since. I workout a lot and even walking up my stairs is getting me winded. I went to lift weights today (SIX days later) and I honestly felt like I was going to pass out....my heart was racing and I could not catch my breath.
My question is - is this normal? Did I do way too much? How long does coke stay in your system?
I'm paranoid I'm going to go into cardiac arrest walking up my stairs!
Thanks,
100

allways hard to say...but chacnes are 4 of any semi-normal/big lines is not that much...of course its open to discussion of what was in the cut bla blah blah...try getting some rest/easting well and see what happens...
plus drinking + coke give u cocaethylene which is apparently more damaging to ones body than coke alone...but mmm so gooood.
not sure what the specific toxic effects of it are however....

100% - the second time i tried coke, i did a similar amount to what you've described and was fine for the evening...
...after crashing out, woke up in the middle of the night with my heart absolutely RACING & POUNDING... scared me shitless literally... and for days after that my heart kept going funny, for example as soon as i sparked up a joint or went for a walk...
...like i said this lasted for several days... a week.. maybe more... but how much was genuine consequence of the coke, and how much was being simply created by my brain is debatable... the medical PoV is in fact that if anything wrong is going to happen, then it will happen whilst you're under the effect... and your heart may race, you may feel tired, but so long as its regular, you *should* be in safe ground
...this is probably just down to how different ppl react to different drugs, I personally vowed never to touch that stuff again, quite easily substituted with other, even better, drugs IMO
Anyways, hope that this was of some comfort bro, est of luck :)

You are experiencing *premonitions* - premature feelings of something that are based on psychological fears that you must learn to overcome. You need to get to the point that when it happens you can 'just let go' and then all the released adrenalin amplification will no longer play a role in these shockwaves.

Ronald - when I'm sitting there after doing a set of stomach crunches and I'm completely out of breath and sweating profusely (neither of which I normally do), I KNOW it isn't psychological. The pyschological part is worrying about it afterwards 'cause my heart is still racing.
I don't know about anyone else, but I truly think coke is one of the worst drugs out there. The buzz/high isn't all that great, and the after-effects are some of the worst of any drug I've ever tried. I am vowing to never do that shiznit again....drunk or not.

This is an open forum for exchange of info. on a lot of things. If that is too mature for you, I suggest you hit some teen chat room where you can spew this kind of garbage and get away with it.
Thanks to everyone else for their helpful info...much appreciated.
