Coke Problems

Someone did coke again tonight. The very first time he did it, he snorted a fat line, and had a strange reaction. When the coke took full effect, his fingers locked in the position of an open hand and it was difficult to close his hand. It happened when he did it tonight as well.

What causes this? Anyone know? This may be the wrong place to ask.... long time reader, first time posting. Any help would be appreciated.
