There is no way you could have used the search function and not have found the answer to this question. This type of question is asked just about every week in this forum.

the color of the coke is never a fool-proof way to determine the quality.
since you are buying quite a bit, the dealer shouldn't have a problem allowing you to take a sample line. that is the only way you will be able to tell the quality. if the sample line gets you off good, go ahead an buy the stuff, if it doesn't then just don't buy it.

Also make sure you don't judge the coke by the numbness sensation. That is really easy to duplicate with a cutter.

This question has been asked countless times.
The only foolproof way to determine the quality of cocaine is to do a line. If the dealer won't let you, don't buy coke from him. Doing a line before buying some is a very reasonable request.

In my experience I've found that the taste of the drain can sometimes alert you to what, and how much of it has been cut. For instance, manitol, a baby laxative is a common cut and has a sweet taste to it, and yes, it has the same effect on you as it does babies, so a nearby bathroom is always a good thing to have around. I've found that some of the more bitter tasting blends that I have done have been the best, but I'm no expert :)
Coke that is all powder when you buy it always makes me a little nervous because it seems to me it would be easier to stomp, aka cut to extend the quantity but sacrifice quality to the customer, by the dealer. When it is clumped together, not "rocked" that would be crack, I've always had the best luck. Make sure that you know what your limits are and know where your drugs are coming from to be safe.
