coke?-fish scale,what is it?

I saw someone mention flakey coke and say it may be fish scale. It was described a lot like what I have had recently. Not super hard, a little sticky, very "crystally" and it flakes. It seems good-very speedy, at first it even made me sick, but it really burns and is screwing up my nose worse than past stuff.
I did a search for it all day, but its not working well.
Any help as soon as possible would be great.

Oye! The search engine is NOT BROKEN, it is, however, slow - VERY SLOW .. we are trying to work out these issues but until then you will just have to be patient ..
As for your request for help - um, what exacxtly is it you need help with? I fail to see any question, you just described some blow you did.. if you're asking if that was "fish-scale" then I can say "perhaps" but I wasn't there so it's hard to give any more definitive info!

What makes coke that you would call fish scale different from any other coke? Is it cut with something strange? Or is it really just how it breaks up?
 
All the fishscale I've ever had that was of exceptionally good quality also had another unique physical feature to it. The shiney layers would appear as if they were trapped in a waxxy coating. Somewhat reminiscent to an expensive paint job on a car with metallic sparkles that give the illusion that they're far underneath the coating. It never gave the appearance that it was dry and it would not crumble into a light powder. It was very dense, packed and would come apart both in chunks and layers, but NEVER EVER powder. You had to break it up quite a bit before it was snortable.
 
Thanks for the replies. I did hear what I had was good, but you can't go on the word of your dealer! Like I said, to me its good, and I need way less than of it than I did with the old stuff I got. It is hard to get real powdery with out some time put into it, especially since it's a tad sticky-is that normal too? My big concern is my nose. It seems to make it bleed more and stuff me up more after awhile. My sinuses start to sting even. I had read once on here that real good coke shouldn't burn?? Any thoughts or truth to that??
Phreex..it was not a complaint at all about the site's search. I actually was cursing my crappy aol all day. However, I didn't want to get a slap on the wrist for not using the searh engine for "fish scale", which I figured would happen if I just went ahead and posted the question.

The actual act of snorting coke isn't going to burn. Its a local anesthetic so it will actualy NUMB your nose. However, that powder is coarse and its not so good for your nose. After awhile its going to start damaging it, thats whats causing the pain.

A lot of people are saying things like "since it's moist you can't get it to a fine powder" .. look, GOOD COKE that has not been cut will NOT be like that.. it will crush to a a fine powder... with "fish-scale" you will know it when you see it.. you have to look at the coke when it's solid, you can't tell once it's been crushed to a powder (aside from doing it) .. and yes, a tiny little burn is normal but it will eventually numb..
 
i've only had the pleasure of running into "fish-scale" a few times, and it always proved to be top quality. we picked it up in 10+ gram slabs that resembled shale (those thin pointing rocks that people put in fish tanks), with waxy/shiny layers that reflected quite a bit of light. needless to say, it was damn pretty.
when we broke it up correctly, it was considerably easy on the nostrils, though getting it that fine was a mission in itself. it was packed so tightly that i could have easily broken a window with it. quality, quality, quality get some while you can, 'cause from my experience it is a once in a while type thing.
 
Shale! Thats a good compairson (if I am thinking of the right rock) .. trust me though, when you see it, you will be like "Ohhhh, *THATS* why the call it fish-scale" and everything will make perfect sense.. I bet some of the people that have never seen it have some crazy ideas in their heads based upon out attempts at trying ...
Not that this matters but for some reason prices have bottomed out in Florida - a heavy-handed ball (3.5g-3.7g) for like $125 MAX, it's picture-perfect "fish-scale" and it's SOLID! Not cut-to-hell powder (though some delaers are doing that) .. with prices being so low, and it being a buyers market at this time, you're seeing a lot of solid, shiney, flaky chunks.. it's been a looooong time since I had to use a coffee grinder to get an eigth to a workable texture..

PhreeX, any theories on what's made FL such a buyer's market? and if most of the coke nationwide does come from that area do those of us in KS have a prayer of seeing a similar drop in prices (shit, just seeing a supply right now would be magnificó)

As far as a theory goes:
Increased importation of drugs due to reduced amount of law enforcement assigned to drug investigations due to 9/11. Miami being the major hub and entry point for foregin imported illegal drugs in the US, coke prices in FL bottom out and quality remains high...
To answer your second question:
Dude, you are in fucking Kansas, god doesn't listen to your prayers...and there is little to no chance things will change noticeably and in a positive light by the time the drugs get to Kansas...sorry...

I imagine that prices will drop all over the place.. sure, people tax, people cut, etc.. but I mean, before it was like you could go to the coast and find fish-scale if you really looked, and in Orlando people had "shake" or re-rock, but hardly ever anything of exceptional quality... but now it's like, you call someone looking for something and the response is either "no, I can't do that, but I have this awesome solid fish-scale for $35 a gram" or "yeah, I got that, and when you get that do you want some of this incredible coke, it's shiney, flakes nice, and is rock solid, man a meth size line will have you blasted blah blah blah $120 an eigth" ... people that don't even deal coke are loaded with this shit .. usually you get that shitty, 'moist' re-rock garbage for like $150 an eigth (or $50 a gram) but now people are practically giving this stuff away... the people that do nothing BUT deal coke can be talked down, for instance, a quarter ounce goes for like $250 usually, but if you are like "naa, I don't think I can do that, I only got $200" - AND THEY WILL GO FOR IT! You're paying like $25 a gram of rock-solid 'scale ..
I imagine you guys will get a lower price after it's been chopped up, shit on, cut to hell, then re-rocked...
