Ok, so lets say your average person takes ritalin or adderal- it will provide a speedy effect. However, if a person with ADD takes one of the above drugs, it will do the opposite, and calm them down. Now my question is, what if a person diagnosed with ADD does some coke? Will it be similiar to ritalin, and actually calm them down? The reason I'm asking is because one of my friends swears that after a few lines she is more relaxed and tired. Is this at all possible?

My brother also suffers from ADD as well as other things. The madications he takes tend to make him lazy and fat. He uses coke to give him a spurt of energy so he can work out. From what I've seen it is not true that coke has adverse effects on these people. I have many friends that have been diagnosed with ADD but refuse to take medicine, they also have done coke, and it has had the same effect that it has on everyone else. I'm not positive, but I really dont think thats true jincy
