Misc coke+downers related issue

a little bit backround info: i used to have a big time downer issue and id spent like almost 3 years to taper barbs&benzos and finally cut all downers off. after that i started doing phenmetrazine and coke. after i got hooked on them bad i decided to give a break and went see my p-doc. since i dont like rehab/detox places i refused to check in a rehab so my p-doc told me about high dose baclofen is now on clinical trials for coke addiction and that i should give it a try. so he put me on baclofen+meprobamate+citalopram+carbamazepine. the coke i get here is hospital coke so the meds didnt work out well. i cut off carba and citalopram and started abusing baclo and mepro (they are both otc so there was no way for my doc to monitor my drug intake) needless to say i really got hooked on them big time (ive abused mepro before which made me get a quick bitchy tolerance to it like in a week).

a few nights ago i felt very depressed because of getting hooked on downers again and pissed off so i ate buncha benzos (diazepam&nitrazepam) with a huge dose of baclo and mepro. i woke up next day found out i wet myself and my right arm was completely numb. also i had a vial of coke but almost empty i mean very few, like 3-2 ml in it and i found out its completely empty too and found two needle marks on my right hand where i usually shoot the coke.
i wet myself before while on drugs so it was nothing new to me but when i went to pee after woke up i noticed that i wet myself again (after taking a piss in the morning). my arm started to getting normal within mins after i woke up. since then im trying to explain myself what couldve happened. - my arm might get numb due to sleeping on it but this was a weird numbness not like usual numbness you get from time to time in mornings. also me shooting coke on my right hand and numbness on my right arm might be related? i got downer related seizures before and ended up wetting myself so im also concerned that i had a seizure (i know all that shit i did is anticonvulsant gabaergics but baclo can cause convulsions on high doses and i started thinking the possibility of ODing on it (also coke might had an additive convulsant effect to this)

so help me out explain why i wet myself twice (one while sleeping, one while im awake – and not notice it) and the numbness of my arm. (imma find another doc in a couple of weeks to ask this shit atm i cant go and tell my own p-doc about this cause he thinks im doing my meds as instructed - so dont tell me to go and see a doc

Frankly, I am unsure as to why this would have happened, and I can only speculate. I am not very knowledgeable on the drug baclofen, but I am aware it is a GABAergic primarily working on GABAb. Meprobamate, however, does lower the seizure-threshold, fairly significantly in higher doses, and can cause effects similar to that of what has been termed "Soma coma", so that your muscles were "relaxed" to the point of paralyzation. I do not know whether or not this is the culprit in addition to the benzos and baclofen in causing urinary incontinence, but I rather suspect all the GABAergics played a role in that. As for the numbness in the arm, it is possible you slept on it wrong and it felt more numb than usual due to the GABAergics as it did begin to wake up. I would not discount the possibility, however, that the high doses of IV cocaine may have played a role in the numbness of the arm. Frankly, I cannot provide I good and decent explanation without doubt, because there are many factors here. It may have been that you did have a seizure, I do not know. I would suggest you just stop with the cocaine, and find a way to safely taper off the GABAergics, for it does not sound like you can use them therapeutically without abusing them.
 
Just wet myself while belligerently fucked up on drugs again, no big deal.

You should seek help.

pissing yourself while you blackout is ok though pissing yourself while your awake and not aware of it is something you should worry imo. thats the part makes me concerned
