After doing 3 to 4 lines of coke I always feel like I am getting horrible muscle spasms in my legs. Please can some one tell me what does this mean and why is this happening? This happens every time no matter how small the amount. The lines are rather thin and short about the size of a short metal nail. How can I make the spasms stop. My head feels great but not my legs!!! Thanks.

take a magnesium supplement, it wont completely stop the spasms but it should help. it will also help block tolerance to some degree. ur body does this because its low in magnesium, id give a source but im laaaazy
btw make sure u dont get magnesium oxide, cause that kind has the worst bioavalibility (ur body doesnt get that much from it) look for magnesium citrate
