I wanna do coke tonight and roll next weekend at ultra will the coke affect my roll at all?

No. The coke wont effect what you do 7 days later..

The cocaine might cause the dopamine receptors to be less sensitive but when it's a week ago the effect will (if any) so little that you will not feel it.
