Coke and mdma

If I do coke a week prior to doing MDMA will that dull the roll or have any noticeable affects? I'm rolling in a week and am very excited finally have some confirmed MDMA(thank god I never thought I'd get MDMA again with all these bullshit rc's) I have a chance to do some white tonight but if it will lessen my seratonin or affect my roll negatively in any way im just going to save it. Any info thank you

Not really. No. Go ahead.

Coke is a reuptake inhibitor. It does not release serotonin so therefore it cannot deplete your serotonin. It just blocks the existing dopamine and serotonin and norepinephrine in the synapses and stops them from going back in the storage vesicle by blocking the reuptake pump that takes them in the vesicle. So the neurons will be more active, but once the coke is over, the serotonin and dopamine will go back in the storage vesicle and will be ready to be released by your clean MDMA.

Just don't take coke and E at the same time, the two tend to cancel eachother.

Yeah you will be fine. Just don't mix the two, Coke cancels E out completely. Even 1 bump.
