I take 30mg. of immediate release adderall and avoid vitamin C and citric acid like it's the plague. I won't take anything with vitamin C until later in the evening and at least 4 hours when it comes to citric acid, ex. Pop, green tea. I will wait about an hour until I have my cup of coffee. Sometimes I will take a few Tums after my coffee or take a teaspoon of baking soda half an hour before my Adderall. I would like to get your opinions on this....thanx

Lol I hate ovethinking it personally, I just pop it avoid anything that's OBVIOUS to ruin but not avoid anything with a slight acidity. Plus I take a warm glass of water with half a teaspoon of baking soda and some charcoal in capsules. But still snorting is the best way to gk when taking IR, XR just doesn't fucking work for me at all, crushed, not crushed, always just ends making me drowsy as shit with little to no euphoria. But snorting is MY opinion the best, because it works for ME Snorting doesn't work as good for EVRYONE but does fortunately for me haha.

IR amphetamine should be out of your stomach and well on its way through your intestines by about an hour after ingestion: I think you're probably being too cautious there.

Green tea contains much less acid in it than soda, and vitamin C is often sold as a buffered sodium salt rather than the free acid, so unless you're megadosing on either you don't need to worry about them.

I don't think one coffee would ruin it with excessive acidity; however I personally do not like to take coffee if I am also taking other CNS stimulants. The central effect of caffeine is indistinguishable from under the stronger stimulant, but peripheral effects may appear.
