I got about 250 mg of codeine left and I'm wondering what a good dose would be. I don't have tolerance and can get a nod from 20mg hyrdo and 50mg benadryl.
 
What^^?? Dont take all of your 250mg of codeine if 20mg of hydrocodone makes you nod. go with more like 100-120mg of coddeine. I dont have that much experience with codeine but ive read that a beginng dose with no tolerance is about 120mg.
If i were you id look it up while yyou wait for more respones. But dont take all 250mg
 
Yeah i wasn't going to take all of it. The other day I took 100mg and didnt feel much. I just don't know how much to up the dosage from there.
 
Well keep in mind when you do CWE you do lose some of the drug. So you maybe did like 90-95mg.
 
i'd go with around 150mg but with the Canadian t1's you are also getting a large amount of caffeine which ruins the high IMO. So i'd CWE 20 of those pills but keep in mind you'll be getting 300mg which is an insane amount, if you can't handle caffeine then i'd steer clear.
 
With opioids, they sometimes don't work the very few times you try them. A good idea could be trying a below-recreational dose (~50mg) in 3-4 time spaced attempts before then trying a bigger (~120mg) dose.
 
I have used opioids before. I even used heroin once. I just don't have any built up tolerance.
 
One of the comparison charts that I am reading says that hydrocodone is 6x as potent as codeine, so that would make the 20mg of hydrocodone equivalent to around 120mg of codeine. The comparison chart on BL says that 30mg of hydrocodone = 200mg of codeine, which would make 20mg of hydrocodone = to 133mg of codeine.

Thanks I just found the charts. Also I was wondering if Prozac has any affect on opiates?
 
Prozac shouldn't have any significant effect on opiates. It's not a dangerous mix, but some people say that the high is dulled a bit while on antidepressants, but that's usually if their meds make them feel dull in general.
 
I was just wondering because it seems like the highs aren't as euphoric since I've been taking prozac.
 
if they've got caffeine aan additive you can't simply cwe it out, you've got to take it a few steps further.

the caffeine is only going to counteract and have you jittery and defeat the purpose of the codeine so i would personally avoid unless you have a codeine/nsaid mix only.

Ya why is that? the first few times i tried hydrocodone it dident work. My first experiance with opiates was weird because when i tried hydrocodone like my 3rd time(did not get high the other times) i took 20mg at around 3pm and BARLEY felt anything and even that was probably placebo. I end up going home that day around 7-8pm and fell asleep around 10pm. NOW HERES THE WEIRD PART i wake up around 12am that night and wake up itchin all over feelin like i was in a dream and walk down stairs to take a bite of something in my fridge lol and relize im high as fuck off the hydro!!! Feelin like i was in a lucid dream and itchin n shit. It was cool! and go back to bed and end up wakin up like 3 or 4 times that night to drink some water and take a bite of some food and what not lol.
Sorry i got off topic but ive been wanting to share that experiance and that post reminded me of it
 
I dont understand my bodies reaction to codeine, I've taken 300mg before with nothing more than a dry mouth to show for it, then another time I've taken the same and it's had me throwing up and sweating, itching, eyes pinned etc. Its not a tolerance thing because my opiate tolerance is pretty steady.

I've just been taken off prozac and put of escitalopram... but it never dulled my high with codeine, DHC, or heroin. I think if you have it in your head that it will the placebo of that will prob dull your high. Like others have said if you have a low tolerance 150mg would be a good starting dose, just make sure you do the CWE. Good luck, be safe.
