Opioids Codeine

Today, Codeine came into my posession. So for my safety I have decided to go to the internet to help me decide a dosage or if I will even take it.
The bottle is prescription, with 236 mL within is 10 mg of codeine phosphate/ tsp and 100 mg of Guaifenesin/ tsp. I have also entertained the idea of dipping a blunt into the codeine.

Is this safe to take?
What should my dosage be?

The Guafesisn is gonna make you puke before you can really get any decent amount of effects, dipping a blunt in it is a complete waste.

agreed, there is too much Guaifenesin/codeine ratio, you woould be sick before you get high
