Codeine users - a few questions

1. How often do you use codeine?
2. What is your usual dose?
3. How long have you been using codeine?

i don't use anymore but i did for over a year....

1) use daily
2) 600mg
3) over a year

1) Weekends, and sometimes during the week, but not often
2) 200 - 300mg, 550 max I've ever taken
3) 5 months, helped me WD from H

1. Several times a day (3-4)
2. I am currently tapering down in hopes of stopping. Max. was about 500mg. Current: 112mg. This is per single dose.
3. A bit less than a year since my relapse, 1.5 years if you count the older habit.

my most recent use of Codeine has changed, I use to be able to take about 60 mg and feel great for about an hour, but here recently I can take 150 mg and feel decent for about an hour, I only have used it 3 or 4 times a month for a month or two, but it takes a LOT more for me, I think it has something to do with Tramadol cross tolerance but I am not sure.

1. Daily.
2. 300mg to 400mg total per day.
3. On and off for about a two years.

1. Bi monthly
2. 280 mg
3. Once every couple of months since four years ago. I have no problem leaving it alone for long periods of time.
