Opioids Codeine tolerance?

Hey, I'm using 180 mg of cod and I'm fairly high nothing like Vic or oxy tho. I was wondering I've been taking 60-120 mg a day for the past week and haven't used another opiates in a long time. How long do you think it will take for my tolerance to go down and would you still reccomend the 180 mgs?? Thanks!

It takes months for opioid tolerance to go all the way back to zero, at least for me.
