Opioids Codeine re-dosing, klonopin & DXM?

SWIM took 60 mg of codeine 7 hours ago, and took another 30 mg about two hours ago. SWIM has fairly low tolerance but has read that re-dosing codeine will have almost no effects? If SWIM was to take another 60 MG, after having consumed alcohol & 3 mg klonopin, would this be a waste? Also, would mixing a little bit of DXM be a bad idea, or would it potentiate the codeine?

1. We don't use swim here. It does not protect anybody and everyone knows it is you.
2. I would take all the Codeine at once. This way it wouldn't be a waste.

Generally do not mix opiates and benzos even if the Codeine dose is very low. Don't know about the DXM but it does not seem necessary due to the low Codeine dose. Even if it theoretically potentiates it, you won't feel much more of that. The alcohol is also a big no-go in combo with opiates and benzos. It is the most infamous OD-cocktail leading to drug related deaths.
Not with low Codeine doses but 3mg Clonazepam is a pretty hefty dose and Benzos+Alcohol alone can lead to desastrous events.

Just stick to one drug next time and don't add anything else now.
