Opioids Codeine phosphate and diazepam 10mg - comboh

Hi all,

I hope this isn't a question you get all the time, if so I appologise. I've tried codeine many many times and other than an itch and nodding, I have noticed no euphoria. Aside from tramadol and codeine I am totally naive when it comes to opiates. In the past I used to smoke crack and crystal meth, I was wondering, firstly, if the abuse of these highly euphoric stimulants has dampened my ability to get a euphoric rush from weaker opiates. Secondly, would combination with a 10mg valium make much difference? I've got a history of benzo use so I'm not too worried about combining the two. I've tried codeine over the course of several days, starting at 100mg and working my way up to 150mg and 200 respectively, but I haven't noticed anything at all really. Am i doing something wrong? I've been taking the tablets orally by the way as I understand any other ROA is rather pointless.

Codeine is unbelievably weak. It is also unreliable, as it is a pro/"-drug and not everyone converts it optimally.

Adding 10mg diazepam isn't going to turn a sub-euphoric codeine dose into ecstasy, but if you are truly tolerant, it won't hurt. Just don't expect much.

(PS: you shouldn't mix benzo's and opioids unless you are tolerant to BOTH of them, though 10mg diazepam is a low dose)

You said you nodded on codeine but didn't get any euphoric effects ........not everyone gets the euphoric effects from opiates.

Codeine for me was very euphoric as little as 50mgs when I was opiate naive.

Since you are nodding, I'm assuming your liver is breaking it down okay. As for why you're not getting the euphoric effects......the crack & meth you had used in the past & the euphoric effects you received for them is totally different from what you're expecting from opiates.

Crack & meth are stimulants where opiates are downers.
