I'm using codeine and find a IOP how selling a lot of different brands. Are there anyone how now the difference of perduretas and codeisan?

How can the same product (codeine) in the same country have so big difference of prices at the same IOP only because its made of another manufactorer?
 
There is a new drug called madex that gives a felling of well being. Anyone how now about that?
