Opioids codeine+paracetamol causing headache

I have been taking 4x 15mg codeine/500mg paracetamol about 5 times a week and it seems to be causing a headache, would this be the paracetamol catching up to me or is this due to tolerance of the codeine?

Headaches are common in nausea, what many opiates cause.
