Codeine extraction on generic brand and nurofen plus??

How to do a codeine extraction on a generic brand panadeine forte and can it be done on nurofen plus aswell?

Panadeine is just 8mg codiene/APAP tablet, it should be about the same, although unless low tolerance even a CWE may not be practical
