Opioids Codeine dosing

long story short, I broke my nose and got some Tylenol-3's 30mg Codeine/300mg Acetaminophen.
How many should I take to get a nice opiate buzz? I would like it to be a number more on the low side (ie 3 pills, not 6.)
 
90-150mg (3-5 pills) if you don't do opioids, otherwise use a narcotic dose converter.

If you're doing them regularly, or more than 6 at once, do a cold water extraction (use the search engine)
