I've taken 350mg of Codeine along with 50mg of Diphenhydramine. I don't feel very high at all, maybe a slight buzz. Would it be ok to take around 3-4mg Ativan? I have a fairly high tolerance to benzos. I don't take opiates very often, maybe once a month, but I do need around 400mg Codeine to catch a high. I have no tolerance to DPH.

So, would it be ok to take 3-4mg Ativan or would that be too much?

Are you sure? I've always been paranoid when it comes to dosing multiple CNS depressants.
I have absolutely no tolerance to DPH, this is only my second time taking it (and it's only 50mg), wouldn't that be slightly dangerous to mix with Lorazepam? Also, I don't have much of an opiate tolerance either, as I said I do Codeine maybe once a month.

You would be drowsy and out of it. If you have little sedation at all right now, then you are in no danger adding the benzo.

Cns depression is not just unconsciousness, you have steps to go through before it is dangerous.

Breathing difficulty and very severe drowsiness is a sign of too much CNS depression. If you have little to no breathing heaviness, you are o.k. to take the benzo.
