Codeine & Dihydrocodeine Dosages

I'm thinking of moving from Codeine to Dihydrocodeine, but would the dosage be the same as what I'm taking of Codeine, or less because it's 'stronger'?

If I'm taking 330mg Codeine, what would the equal dosage of Dihydrocodeine be? or would be it be the same?

I used to take both and found them to be about the same, it all depends on how well your body metabolises them. Maybe start with 200mg of dihydrocodeine and see how it goes. Just to let you know, after my dose of dihydrocodeine/codeine was slightly higher than yours I ran out one time and decided to score some H. I'm now a full time heroin addict, so be careful!
