Codeine Crystals

I did a CWE on codeine last night, put it on a plat overnight, and when i woke in the morning i had some thick white crystals stuck to my plate!

I was not expecting it to work so fast/well, When i scraped it off most of it was prety powdery, but some was kinda thick and sticky. I put the thick sticky stuff I couldn't snort under my tongue and it dissolved sooo fast and tasted so bitter!

Im wondering why some of it was sticky?

I'm also wondering can someone provide me with a link to a good thread which has a lot of discussion about this subject (crystallizing the codeine liquid). I looked around but i failed to find anything.

Upon further experimentation i have come to the conclusion the crystals dont dissolve easily unless they are mixed with water. I wonder why that is?

Funny how few responses my threads get on this forum. Isn't there mods who lurk around and answer members questions?
