Err, i had a pack of roche brand valium from karachi pakistan in 2008 & they were in no way counterfeit. Please dude its embarassing to see a mod talkin out his ass...

Being in blister packs doesn't definitively mean that they're the genuine article.
Think about it - A Pharmacutical company have the means to put tablets into blister packs, so what's to stop them putting tablets with less active compound or no active compound in them and selling them overseas to people who can't do fuck all about it? :\

I'm not suggesting that Cpt. Cod hasn't gotten some good Diazepam in the past, but not everything that looks real is real ;)

maybe not all but karachi roche 10mg diazepam have to be the most counterfitted pill in the world. printers and blister pack manufacturers in pakistan have karachi roche as one of their standards, I've come across some that even contained amitriptyline rather than diazepam. Plenty of them contain a decent dose of diaz but have in no way been made by roche, why would there be such a massive surpluss all in slightly different blisters for so piss cheap if they were the legit article?
Just because they contain diazepam, even 10mg of the stuff, does not mean they were made where they are claim.
Unless you got them from the factory yourself then I suggest they may well have been counterfeit.
 
Yep, Roche Roulette.

They're the most widely faked brand, ergo there's more chance of someone encountering duds, especially if they're buying them from illicit sources. A consequence of the high profile of the brand over the years.

Just like when a decent E stamp gets hijacked really.

apaurine serbian ones (10mg stamp) have been the most consistent I have come across excluding UK script ones
 
Krka Apaurin are definitely your safest bet, especially with 10s.

Although the name 'Apaurin' is also being used by 'Karka' (note the minor difference), an Indian pharmaceutical company. These tend to be 5mg yellows though.
 
I believe that roche stopped making valium in pakistan in January 2010. I got some generic ones recently blue "hk" diaz....hk= hong kong pharmaceutical and I found them good
 
hang on a sec is codeine available over the counter? or is it all mixed with paracetamol and shit?
 
Cocodamols...but you'd have to do a CWE. Codeine is only prescribed AFAIK. If not just buy DHC illegally, it's stronger anyway.
 
i took 30 mg of valium about an hour ago and just chewed up 120 mgs of codeine, ill let you know where im at when the codeine kicks in, if im not asleep :)

This is the level of shit I'm reduced to - co-co's and pissy benzos. Pissy cos they last way longer than they work. Not cos they'z piss. Although they are that too...

Roche refries can get to fuck. Get a script, a pet junky, or a life. Scumfucks who buy that shite burn in hell. Sort it or script it... Or find a local, friendly, junky who will... Good for the local economy :)

So thinking of taking 5mg valium and 240mg codeine tonight. I have a pretty high cod tolerance but basically no benzo tolerance at all (I stole half of my mums val... feel fucking guilty about it but I know she basically never uses it and can get a new script as easy as pie anyway. So no real harm done).

I guess my question is is it worth taking the 5mg val or should I go to 10mg? My codeine tolerance is such that I usually need 300mg + unfortunately. But I figured since this was the first time mixing codeine/valium I should be safe and reduce the dose.

Thanks for any advice.
 
You should definitely feel the 5mg, but 10mg won't hurt either.

As you're not likely to do any damage combining it with 240mg codeine, I'd opt for the 10mg if sedation's your thing. Just don't go chucking booze down your neck and it'll be fine.

Regarding the alcohol... Im not a heavy drinker by any means, but I must admit I dont mind 1 or 2 glasses of scotch when I use codeine. Usually 2 nips of Glen Livet =D I find to be a really enjoyable combo. Would such a small amount of alcohol still be deemed harmful?

I know its always recommended that you shouldnt drink alcohol with other CNS depressants.... but I always assumed that was relating to people polishing off a whole bottle of vodka or something equally excessive.
 
I think a bit of alcohol ( so long as it is a couple of glasses of scotch) will go pretty nicely actually. Yeah, it's really drunkenness that needs to be avoided.

Many people use Gee's linctus recreationally in combination with diazepam after all, and that contains alcohol in not-insignificant quantities. The challenge is to keep it to a couple of glasses of scotch once you get the taste for it... I struggle with that. ;)
 
Just out of curiosity, what happens when you overdose on the opiate + benzo combo? like, would you pass out before you stopped breathing or would you still be awake unable to breathe?
