Codeine and Valium

At the kind of levels you'd need to ingest in order to overdose, you'd lose consciousness first and then respiratory depression would see to the rest.
 
Probably irrelevant but would it matter what you took first? val or codeine?
 
It'll be fine in either case because valium lasts for ages, but I'd opt for codeine first, then follow it up with valium about half an hour or so in.
 
Precisely what I had planned to do :) Although since my codeine is a liquid extraction Ill probably only wait 15-20mins.
 
If I were you go for 250-300mg of codeine, and follow up it up with 10mg of valium about half hour later after the inital codeine rush is beginning oto fade, the val should come on nicely then and send you into noddyland for a a few hours, nice combo have fun and take it easy on the booze if you do decide to drink, personally I wouldn't but a small amount shouldn't hurt.
 
Next time I will try the combo with more codeine. Unfortunately tolerance is a bitch and 240mg codeine (I doubt the yield for a cwe is ever 100% - so it was probably around the 200mg mark) just doesnt do much for me now.

Will be sure to use 300mg + next time.
 
I started off with this mix, not bad at all with a low tolerance. I'd do 400mg Codeine and 20mg Diaz (Valium), I find adding 200mg of Tramadol can make it a whole lot more noddy. Take it easy :)

My diaz supply is much too limited to use 20mg at once :(. As much as Id like to ;)
 
Personally, I'd do 600mg of codeine, 20mg of diaz and plenty of booze, but I wouldn't recommend it at all for your first time! That's one lovely (dangerous) combo.
 
I know this isnt a CWE thread (and god knows theres enough of them out there).... however I thought I would ask a question here anyway. Im sure someone will be able to answer it easy enough.

My chemistry knowledge isnt the greatest, so Im curious, once a substance has dissolved in a liquid (i.e. codeine in water) am I right in assuming that the only way to separate that substance from the liquid is through evaporation of said liquid (or Im sure other advanced techniques using chemistry equipment that isnt applicable for the lay person ;0)?

The reason I ask is because my cwe technique is so good now that my codeinated water solution is just about crystal clear. Im sure this is isnt the case, but I do worry on occasion that the filtering process is actually removing the codeine from the water. Theres no way any of that white powder/gloop on the coffee filter could be codeine right?
 
cwe's will never be 100% efficient but there's 0 chance you're filtering out codeine, it's in solution.
 
Thanks. Yeah I realise it will never be a 100% yield. But even 90% + is good enough me.

Is there an easy way to evaporate the water without killing the codeine? (last cwe question I promise :))
 
air dry? slow evaporation as possible for least degradation
 
Ahh yeah. Of course. I have 60ml of a salt solution on a flate plate at the moment, seeing how long it takes to evaporate just sitting near the window. I want to see if the amount of salt that crystallises out is the same as the amount I dissolved in the water.
