Codeine and tramadol together

As title states
Is it okay to use the 2 together.

I know tramadol shouldn't be taken hiher then 400mg a day due to seizure risk. But if a benzomis taken with what amount of codeine can I add to potentiate it and have more of a recreational dose/feeling?

Yes you can
I used to like this combo when I had a low tolerance. Its a bit like DHC inntgat it is more energetic than codeine. Watch out for the potential additional depressive effects on breathing tho.

Don't do it if you've ever had seizures or are on bupropion, also take the codeine first as tramadol probably inhibits the Enzyme CYP2D6 which is necessary to convert codeine into morphine (and tramadol -> o-desmethyltramadol too but seems to be less relevant as the ER pills are equally analgesic as the IR ones). It's not a complete inhibition but will certainly make it less effective.
