Codeine and Promethazine Refill( 3 day supply, qty180,2teaspoons every 6 hours)

I had gotten this cough syrup which I'd expect to be a days supply of about 5 or 6 but its actually saying on the paper 3.... so now its been three days...actually four and I'd like to refill. I've seen a similar thread to this but I'm now I'm curious should I be able to refill?

Thoughts and opinions appreciated.

Its not really a question that I can ask my doctor and doing so would not be easy either, I think its more in the hands of the pharmacy anway. I'm considering using the automative service, but I don't want to risk throwing any red flags.
It did say 3 day supply, hmm?
 
Apparently they said it will take an hour, so I guess it went though... hopefully they're not pulling my leg cause I'm bouta to pour all that shit up.
