Codeine and MDMA.

If I were to do some codeine and then a couple of hours later take some pills would the pills hit me as hard as if I hadn't had the codeine?

No, not quite as hard, though you should still feel the pills for the most part. Opiates and other downers do have a general tendency to 'dull'/dampen the MDMA experience, however.

How about if I saved the codeine untill I started to come down. By my reasoning that would give me a nice buzz for a while and also bring me down off the pills nicely?? yes no??
Also whats sleeping like on codeine?
 
id just save the codeine and mdma for seperate days. also codeines weak if you dont have large amounts and sleeping while on codeine is always nice. you wake up and feel really relaxed, sometimes to relaxed with your muscles feelin like mush.

How much codeine do you have? It's hard to say what kind of effects you will get without having some idea of the dose you're going to take. Also, do you have experience/tolerance with opiates? I'm leaning towards a no, but you never know. Anyways, as far as sleeping goes, I really enjoy falling asleep on opiates. You're just in such a relaxed state, and if you're nodding (well, you'd have to be on some of the stronger opiates, but i do H pretty regularly so that's what i'm referring to), but like i was saying if you're nodding, sleep is pretty cool. It's not really sleep so much, but more of a in and out of conscousness (sp?) dream like state. Well, fairnymph said that they will dull the experience so I'm not sure how the codeine will affect you after rolling, but I'm sure someone will be able to help you with that one. Oh, and post the dosage you plan to take if you can it would help out.
 
The only way I enjoy sleeping on opiates is when I'm not that high off of them. If I'm extremely rocked on them, I itch too much to even fall asleep hehe, and when I wake up I usually have a headache.
 
Well I have a 0 tolerance to opiates and I have about 120mg. I know this isnt going to do much, but I thought it might be nice just to catch a nice buzz once I come down and before I go to bed.
From what you guys have said though, I might just have a bit of a smoke before I go to bed instead, and save the codeing for the next day.
 
whenever ive taken opiates before an e trip i feel a lot worse on the E comedown... do them
on different days for sure
 
I've found codeine to be quite good for the MDMA comedown. Very nice actually. However, it possibly might increase neurotoxic effects as codeine is converted to morphine in the liver by the CYP2D6 enzyme. This is the same enzyme which is used to breakdown MDMA, and hence breakdown of MDMA may be slowed.
