Opioids Codeine and Dionine Pills

I got 30 pills containing 20mg Codeine and 10 mg Dionine each. What is the best way of taking them ? Never tried it before.

Also how much do I need to get high considering that I am 200lbs (90kg) and have a low tolerance. What should I do to maximize the effects ?
