Cocodamol - The drug of the credit crunch? plus other codeine/dihydrocodeine queries

I've plugged, it a bit of a fiddle to prepare mind :\ comes on quicker though:D

Very handy if you feel sick / vomit on DHC, it takes that away.
 
For best results I've (stolen from Evad) found cutting off the top of a litre bottle (about 2/3rds up) and turning upside down to make a funnel. Then in the funnel part put in the kitchen roll, soak it then pour in the codeine/paracetamol solution.

Seem to work a treat :D
 
I have got to say that i dont particularly enjoy the process of laying on my side and having to shove a syringe up my arse 10+ times to get it all up there, but hay, if it reduces nausea and stops me from glugging down a glass of ridiculously bad tasting, vomit inducing liquid then drastic measures have to be taken.

Worth it if you really enjoy the drug though.
 
Well this is my first time with DHC, so fingers crossed i dont enjoy it TOO much. With codeine i can easily control my usage, but i heard DHC is much more enjoyable. We will just have to see i guess ;).
 
Okay well, 2 kitchen rolls also didnt allow any solution through, so i tried just 1 and it only allowed tiny drops to go through which is taking ages, so i think im just going to use a t-shirt again.
 
Eh was he not doing DHC? why would you do a CWE on them....oh dear

Yeah it was done on paramol. Not too sure what im doing wrong with the kitchen rolls, but they just dont seem to work for me :\.

I did a CWE on 21 pills, which is about 157mg DHC. Got an alright feeling from it, but was expecting more. Im guessing i just lost a lot of the DHC with all my fucking about with the CWE.

^ This is the problem I have, I'm living in Poland, managed to buy "Antidol" - which is 10x 15mg Codeine and 500mg Paracetamol for 6zl, which is £1.50 a while back, then went to buy more and all the pharmacies I went to said "We don't have any" or "I've never heard of that before sorry"

I never knew Co-codamol was so cheap though, if I did I would have tried Codeine a long time ago when I still lived in the UK, the only Codeine medicine I'd seen in the UK was around £5-6 for ~300mg.
 
XR DHC and Codeine

So I have a few Teva 120mg XR DHC's which I crush in a pill crusher as finely as possible then let it sit in some lemon juice (thinking the acid would help break the time release?)

Does anyone know of a better way of removing the time release?

Also I have some Codeine...when should I dose the codeine before after or at the same time as the DHC?

I've only had the NAPP 120mg XR DHC's but crushing them works just fine, the time release isn't that hard to get rid of, imagine the Teva brand would be the same.

As for when to dose the codeine, not sure it matters really, hopefully someone else can help if they've got a better idea, I wouldn't have thought its too much of an issue as long as you don't try and redose with the codeine.

What method do you use to crush? I find it extremely hard to get it to a consistency where I'd be able to snort. Crushing with a pill crusher then further using the back of a spoon seems to break it down more but again not real fine.

Before I used Lemo juice it was hit or miss what the high would be like, no I actually find the NAPP XR's to be more potent than the IR Tevas, anyone agree?

Either take the codeine at the same time as the DHC or wait for another 12 hours or so. Some people disagree with this waiting time, but I always find the diminishing returns from redosing are rarely worth the headache it gives me. Base your decision on personal experience.

Obviously how much you take of either or both depends on whether you believe in a ceiling dose or not, as I know it's another much-debated issue. Personally I do, but these doses will obviously vary according to different people's metabolisms, tolerance etc.

Erm... then there's the issue of DHC's efficacy compared to codeine, which will have a bearing on any ceiling dose calculations...

Not doing too well in helping here, am I?

I took both at once don't feel too opiated like yesterday, today i left the crushed powder/lemon juice in the fridge since i was waiting for the tramadol to peak. Thought the DHC might rise to the top in the way a CWE does but not really too sure. All was consumed anyway. Think i'll bump it up with benzos/baclofen.
