Well.... to be honest, if he is on penicillin for a tooth ache it is because he has an infection... and I would advise against drug use of any sort until the infection is fought off. Thats too close to the brain for bacteria to be having a party for my comfort and the situation could become VERY serious in a short amount of time.
And then there are issues with the actual SNORTING (if thats what you planned...), considering that the infection is in that general area...
Personally, I wouldn't risk doing cocaine while I was in that condition. There is plenty of time for drug use in your life, why not just wait a few weeks?
At the very least, consider... some form of administration besides snorting it...
