I have only done meth once and to be honest, it was a disappointment. I pretty much hate stimulants because I have a bad heart, so I would have to say good quality cocaine because nothing beats the first hit from a crack pipe.

im suprised no one mentions the fact that when you use meth your teeth will fall out..
^ That's only if you smoke it. I don't know the percentage of smokers vs snorters vs shooters when it comes to meth though.
Meth-mouth is definitely a big issue among the meth using community, but I think it has a lot to do with the lifestyle and poor hygiene.

i doubut its bad hygene, i think it had to do more with the chemicals in it..i just saw something on discovery channel where they made crack and at the end they show someone making meth and aside from all the chemicals like draino, they use battery acid or somethign from a battery..that cant be healthy..i doubt brushing your teeth has anything to do with that
but they made the meth in a water bottle..which blew my mind cause they made alot of powder from the water bottle method..im not sure how much safer the water bottle methiod is though

Well, from what I've seen on TV and shit, it does have somewhat to do with what's in it, but it also makes your mouth dry as fuck and meth heads obviously don't give a shit about brushing their teeth at all, ever. That plus grinding the shit out of your teeth (plus crashing cars/ getting into fights/ whatever else that lifestyle brings) can't be good for them at all when your mouth is already so fucked.

Yea its very gross, i only got it if i injected it. That's the strange thing. I personally think its some toxin-byproduct of shitty synthesis methods. Oh and the bottle"cook" method, is called shake and bake. But yea crystal is scary who knows whats in it.

Take a shower and that's not an issue. Albeit it looks like you've been up even longer after taking a hot shower, you feel much better and a lot less oily. I've also had this "slimy greasy" sensation from, not only meth, but from tripping acid as well.
I never got anything off of crack. And meth smokes slow (if you know what you're doing) and you can get spun out of your fucking mind.

It is from bad hygiene. I smoked it for quite a while, and I have all my teeth, AND they're not absurdly yellow/brown/black. They are slightly yellowed but I smoke A LOT of cigarettes, but the point is the majority of the problem does incur from poor oral hygiene. While some of it is the chemicals in it eating at your teeth, it's because it just sits there on your teeth. You brush, problem solved. I always tried to make it a point to brush after every bowl I smoked. Meth heads don't get meth mouth because they don't give a shit (usually). Time just goes by so quickly you don't realize you've been up x days without showering/brushing teeth. I've had times where I would think it was 2-3 days earlier than it was or I just would have no idea if it was toward the beginning or end of the week, and on occasion I wouldn't realize how long ago I had seen someone-the shit does fuck with your head a lot.
As far as the Drain-O bit, meth is made in A LOT of different things, but the main ingredients are typically pseudo-ephedrine. I've never cooked it, but from what I've heard Drain-O might be used as part of the process, but think about all the other drugs you take. You don't really know what's in them, and these products used in the manufacture of meth are just different chemical compounds that are used to cause a certain reaction desired to yield a different compound in which it will probably yield one or two different products while releasing a gas. Yes, I have heard of battery acid, and when you smoke anhydrous meth (annie, usually comes out as a yellow or brownish powder) it does taste like what one would expect battery acid to taste like. This is not the case with ice. I've had ice where most of the cooking process involved propane, which is a very clean gas.
For the record I never crashed a car, got into a fight, stole anything to sell for dope, or anything of that sort. People do just use the shit to party, but they do sometimes get addicted like I did. Like I said, I never stole anything. I pawned my own things, but never stole anyone's money/stuff for the shit.
And while this isn't harm reduction, a useful bit of information to have is that if you're smoking meth, it is impossible to OD. You can OD from smoking crack (or so I've heard), but you cannot smoke enough meth to OD before you "over-amp"-which I guess is kind of ODing but you can't die that way-and just end up with your body asleep while your mind races. I've done it a few times. You even feel like you're half-ass asleep/half awake, but you really can't move. Not an enjoyable experience at all, but it's better than ODing. Like I said before, I do not condone using the shit, but would like to alleviate some ignorance if possible.

I don't do it anymore. And my stint was about a year. I wasn't just going balls deep into that shit, but I did have a $75-$100 habit/day when I was doing the shit. Like I said though, I don't do the shit anymore, but I do know quite a bit about it.

I like to reply to the rocks - meth question even though it was not asked of me. Yeah - I smoke rocks and smoke meth and even though the rock trip is super wild especially when I get one of those awesome bellringers, it is too short lived and the comedown is hell. Meth may not be as wild and intense but smoking it is so euphoric, lasts for hours and the comedown is not bad at all.

the only thing crack has on meth is the initial intensity (not necessary a gud thing) apart from that nothing.
