Depends on the route of administration, and which criteria we are using.
Most euphoric and recreational? Cocaine, when taken IV or smoked as freebase. More intense euphoric rush.
Generally, all things considered? I prefer meth. Longer-lasting, cheaper, actually does something when you snort it other than make you want more in half an hour, better for sex, possible application as a functional stimulant in low doses, less likely to lead to a fatal OD.
