Hi all just after some advice and hopefully reasurance. I stupidly did a load of coke on Saturday night was a one off for me and won't be doing it again after this. It's been over 72 hours now and one side of my nose is seriously blocked and still dripping a little is this normal. I spoke to my doc who said have a antihistamine and rub some vasalene in your nose which I have done. Also I have like a numb feeling at the outer side of my nose?? Am I ok please help so worried right now. Thanks and I am grateful for any response.

Wow 72 hours? You either did quite a bit lol or it was cut quite a bit. Either way I wouldn't worry unless you are constantly bleeding.. try taking a hot shower to get some steam up there. Either your nose is just really irritated and is preventing anything else from going up, or some of the cut has settled in your nose.

I noticed when I had cocaine that was more cut than not, the cocaine would dissolve almost immediately, but the next day my nose would be clogged and i would blow out some of the cut.

TL: DR Don't worry, take steamy showers, don't do anymore cocaine for a while, have lots of water! it will get better
Keep us updated! I'm no expert on this, just from experience.

Yea its normal after i do alot of blow my nose is fucked for at least a couple days

Thanks all for your responses appreciate it. Hardly ever do coke think in past 15 years maybe 5 times but never had anything like this. I did do a lot for me but there were other people there who did more and there all fine! Been doing the steam things for the past 2 days, drinking loads of fluids, appetite finally coming back so eating good now too. Trying alsorts to unblock it even reading about pressure points lol just won't shift. See what tomorrow brings. One good thing for me though now I will never touch the stuff again just not worth it to me ?

Well still struggling here although can blow my nose a little now hopefully a good sign ?

Go get some NASAL SALINE (from any Pharmacy) and spray that up both nostrils a few times a day. This will help wash out the residue in your nasal cavity. A nurse taught me that ten years or so ago, back when I was into doing coke and fucking!!! I don't do coke anymore, but if the circumstances are right, I will still fuck...lol!

It's worse at times if you have a deviated septum. I have one on right side, my snorting side, it happens. (i snorted pills, though)

Try this...

Boil a pot of hot salty water, turn off stove eye...when it's lightly steaming, take a towel, kinda place it over your head a little, allow the light steam to hit your sinuses, breathe slow breaths. BE CAREFUL not to burn yourself...let the water cool some.

Avoid a lot of nose spray, as it can actually irritate your passages with a blockage. Use some, just not a lot.

Use a vapor rub under your nose, but not inside. Try this before bed.

Massage the sinus area a little in 30 min intervals every few hours

Apply warm compress after massage, leave on 5 mins, massage again.

Let time heal it...in other words, it may take a few days, just don't make it worse by constantly messing with it.
