Cocaine cocaine totally dissolves in water but wont cook

what could possibly be water soluble that is messing with the freebase process, im thinking mannitol maybe ? any ideas

any way to rock cocaine that has been cut with mannitol, or im wasting valuble resources?

Mannitol won't prevent crack from forming, what you have is unlikely to be cocaine or is highly degraded.
