Cocaine Tolerance/Damage

Imagine a guy in his late 30s, very healthy, good shape, about 150 lbs, lives in a big city in the US. Kinda new to cocaine and could see himself enjoying it from time to time. In the past, he's done one or two small lines every 30-60 minutes for about 4-6 hours when he's done it. Never done more than a gram in a night. wouldn't expect to deviate from that pattern much.

He doesn't want to build a tolerance or do any physical damage, especially to his nasal passage. If he keeps his use to once or in rare circumstances twice a month, does he have much to worry about in terms of tolerance or physical damage? How quickly can his body shake off the effects? He knows this isn't risk free but obviously wants to minimize any future harm or loss of fun. Any other advice for harm reduction?

So long as you stick to a gram every coupe of weeks it's fine. But thinking they can stick to a schedule is a mistake many have made.

You will be damaging your nose and brain every time you get high from it, no less from redosing several times. To avoid a huge amount of the tolerance and damage, don't do it more than, oh twice a month I'd say. Not a good road to go down but have fun.

But I can't sugar-coat the truth on coke, it will get less and less fun and the damage will accumulate slowly, no matter how often you do it. Unless you double the dose, of course. And beware of addiction, you can't expect a schedule or plan to work for long with these things. You will get to a point where you may logically know you are beginning to use too much of it, but you won't be able to feel those emotions associated with the thoughts, enough to actually quit.

Harm-reducing advice, if you ever go above a gram in a day, or take it more than once in a span of two weeks, just quit entirely, cold turkey, and don't look back.

Or know the fun is over when seeing a buddy searching through the carpet for a rock that could of possibly dropped during the party at day break.
