Cocaine, temazepam, heroin- little/no experience- Be careful
Last Tuesday night I decided to split a g of some high quality cocaine, that is, high quality compared to most street shit but certainly stepped on a bit, with two friends. I would have a half g and they were to split the second half. I was also planning on having some black tar heroin delivered sometime that night that I was going to use for the coke comedown. The coke was good, but nothing special because I use it too much I think.
However there were complications with getting the H and I was left with temazepam for the time between the comedown and whenever I got the H. I took 75 mg of temazepam which was a dose that I had used safely to come down from coke and for recreation in the past, but this time I used it as a bridge between the coke high and the time it took to get the H.
I finally got the tar (between .2-.3), and then started smoking it with two other friends. Let me tell you, this was THE BEST heroin I'd ever had. I couldn't tell if it was because of the temazepam I took previously or if the H was just that damn good, but my friends agreed the H was very potent. We ended up getting some more H and the three of us together smoked about a half gram of the stuff. I was in heaven and was nodding after every hit, which is rarely the case for me (although I'm an infrequent tar smoker). I don't remember too much from the night, like how I got home, but I remember most of the smoking that took place, so I still thought it was a great night.
Now the day after was a complete shithole. I woke up and felt fine and went to my only class of the day. Halfway through class I started seeing double on the powerpoint, but this went away by the time class had ended and thought nothing of it. A couple hours later while doing shit on the computer I got the double vision again, but this time it lasted a lot longer, and I wasn't able to walk without running right into the wall. I ended up going to the ER, but I didn't want to tell them the whole story, although they did a drug test and I was positive for coke and THC, but no opiates...weird. Anyways, that's beside the point. Other than the drug cocktail I consumed the night before, I had no knowledge of what could have caused my symtoms. I stayed four days in the hospital, and they came to the conclusion that I had a sinus and deep ear infection that hadn't even showed painful physical symptoms yet, but it could make me lose my coordination. I also wonder if the sinus problems could be coke related.
I wonder what they would have diagnosed me with if they knew of my activities the night before... Personally, I think it's most likely that the combination of strong stimulants and depressants (it was also my first time mixing a benzo with H) may have been the cause of my symptoms the next day. Both of my friends that smoked the H, but abstained from coke and benzos were fine.
In conclusion, and we've all heard it, but be careful when mixing uppers and downers. I had had no problems in the past with mixing the H and coke, but adding temazepam was overdoing it.
P.S. The double vision only lasted a little over a day and I had trouble balancing for most of my hospital stay
