Coke mixed with either meth or MDMA sucks balls. It's not good like you'd think it'd be. Meth/MDMA might be decent. Still would rather do either one alone.

I have never used a syringe, but I combined MDMA sublingually with coke nasally and amphetamines orally. I'd rather do MDMA on its own.

The effects of many stimulants are synergistic so whereas doing A might increase your blood pressure by so and so and doing B might increase your blood pressure by this and that. Doing A+B might increase your blood pressure greater than either A or B.
